🚀 Chez Agorapulse, nous avons transformé notre approche produit pour mieux connecter nos décisions aux résultats business de la boite. L’objectif : passer d’une stratégie centrée sur les fonctionnalités à une gestion axée sur l’impact, en reliant feedback client et métriques business (revenu ou churn par exemple). Les intégrations avec Salesforce et Intercom nous permettent de synchroniser les données clés (MRR, deals perdus, feedbacks client). Les retours sont ensuite centralisés et organisés par thèmes, pour alimenter nos discussions dans les comités produit (tous les 2 mois). Nos roadmaps sont désormais co-construites avec toutes les équipes, basées sur des données concrètes et des résultats mesurables. Ce cadre nous aide à mieux comprendre et résoudre les enjeux qui comptent pour nos clients, tout en favorisant l’alignement interne. ✨ Résultat : une gestion produit plus efficace, des priorités claires et un vrai impact sur la satisfaction et la rétention client. Our AI system for product feedback categorization has improved by 175% over the past six months. Here’s how we got there 👇 For context, we’ve been working behind the scenes on H-AI: your AI copilot for feedback analysis. H-AI pulls feedback from support tickets, sales calls, Slack conversations—wherever it lives—and automates the categorization to help make better product decisions, faster. We’ve been iterating with existing customers for the past few months, and now it can successfully extract and categorize over 80% of all incoming feedback 💪 Our method: 𝟭. 𝗗𝗼𝗻’𝘁 𝗽𝘂𝘁 𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗲𝗴𝗴𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗟𝗟𝗠 We didn’t blindly rely on a single model like OpenAI. Instead, we carefully benchmarked and selected the right LLMs based on the tasks they needed to perform (extraction, categorization, suggestion, etc.) and on factors like latency and cost. This combination of technologies, applied at the right moments, keeps the system as efficient and reliable as possible. 𝟮. 𝗔𝗜 𝗶𝘀 𝗻𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁 𝗸𝗻𝗼𝘄𝗹𝗲𝗱𝗴𝗲 It’s not just about using AI in your product—it’s about using it to solve real problems in ways that make a 10x difference. We work with the same LLMs others can use, but we’ve orchestrated them in a unique way to address our customers’ challenges. Our proprietary scoring system, for example, enhances the accuracy of feedback categorization 🎯. 𝟯. For us, a critical metric is the percentage of feedback H-AI can automatically extract and categorize.
