Founded in 2018 by Manon Sailly, HORS-CADRE is an art gallery dedicated to supporting international emerging artists.
The gallery invests unique and unexpected spaces for temporary exhibitions in France and abroad. The gallery's ambition is to provide tailored support to early-career artists, acting as an incubator and launching pad to help them achieve international visibility. The gallery works to their development, collaborates with institutions and distinguishes itself by its strong commitment to the production of their work.
The gallery's exhibition program includes four solo exhibitions per year, participation in international fairs, and regular collaborations with other galleries abroad, museums and art centers.
The artists represented by HORS-CADRE are part of a new generation that uses a wide variety of forms and mediums to address contemporary issues: artificial and natural, entropy and conservation, identity and culture, material and digital, fleeting and timeless. Through this selection of artists, Manon Sailly seeks to offer thought-provoking works that resonate strongly in the contemporary world while providing a space for reflection and questioning.
In 2024, the gallery has inaugurated a creative residency in Biarritz, VILLA MATHILDE, and in December, will open an experimental exhibition space at the Fiminco Foundation (Romainville).
