URBZ Capital acquires logistics facility of approx. 14 500 sqm in Den Bosch 🔹For their Joint Venture with Grosvenor’s Diversified Property Investment business, Urbz has purchased the logistics property at Zilverenberg 6 in Den Bosch, comprising 13 331 sqm warehouse and 1 088 sqm office and 126 parking spaces. 🔹FID, the real estate development organization of ID Logistics Group, acquired the building and extended it in 2022, to serve as a strategic location for the operations of ID Logistics Benelux. 🔹In this transaction, Urbz was advised by Colliers and DLA Piper. 📢 Dear IRELS network, It's time for new key figures and facts about the logistics property market in France in 2024. Thanks to the EOL 's research department, we are glad to present these key points : ➡️ The volume on the logistics property rental market* is down 30% compared with 2023, with 2.4 million sqm ➡️ The segment of logistics warehouses between 10,000 sqm and 20,000 sqm remains dynamic ➡️ Two-thirds of the space placed concerns assets located in the northern half of France ➡️ Supply increased significantly in 2024, reaching 4.5 million sqm at the end of the year ➡️ According to INSEE, the Commercial Rents Index (ILAT) rose by 3.76% year-on-year, but appears to have stabilised at the end of the year. ➡️ The investment market really took off in 2024, with €3.9 billion invested. This volume was double that of 2023. The year was punctuated by the sale of numerous portfolios. The development of buildings is becoming ever more virtuous thanks to: the use of recycled and sustainable materials, decarbonised energy sources such as photovoltaics,energy control system for buildings, respect for biodiversity, and controlled activities in terms of carbon footprint to meet the challenges of our time. We all have our own traditions for that time of year, and here's a look at some of the local traditions in Europe: 📍Austria: Krampus: on 5 December, the day before St Nicholas Day, the Krampus, a frightening creature, accompanies St Nicholas to punish disobedient children, while good children receive presents. 📍Netherlands: In the Netherlands, St Nicholas is celebrated on 5 December. Children leave their shoes by the fireplace or the door, hoping to find presents and sweets the next morning. 📍Poland: Christmas Eve meal (Wigilia): On 24 December, Polish families wait for the first star to appear in the sky before starting their Christmas Eve meal, in reference to the Star of Bethlehem. 📍Spain: La Misa del Gallo (Rooster Mass): On the night of 24 December, Spaniards attend the Misa del Gallo, a midnight mass celebrated in churches. Its name comes from the legend that a rooster crowed on the night of Jesus' birth. 📍France: Christmas markets: Particularly popular in Alsace, especially in Strasbourg, these markets offer crafts, decorations and culinary specialities in a festive atmosphere. 📍UK: Christmas Crackers: Invented in the UK, Christmas Crackers are paper tubes that two people pull at the same time. The cracking sound they make is accompanied by a surprise: a joke, a paper hat in the shape of a wreath, and a toy or present. 📍Belgium: Cougnou (or cougnole): Is a traditional Belgian brioche bread, often eaten at Christmas time.
