👩🏻🏫 Wrapped up 3 Sprints last week - teaching at HETIC is learning xMillion times over! 1️⃣ Innovation Method Sprint with PGE 3rd years. We explored Europe’s health crises affecting young people: 🚶♂️ Only 28% of French 18-24 year-olds meet recommended activity levels 😔 21% of young people experienced depression in 2021 vs. 11.7% in 2017. 📱 Teens (15-17) spend 9+ hours/day on screens, causing major health issues. BUT do not despair! Our 4 teams crafted future visions, mapped trends (neuro fitness, AI trainers, wearables, health data ecosystems...), plotted reason-driven decision-making hypotheses maps, ideation (a lot) and developed + tested cool prototypes using Uizard by Miro Labs, Midjourney and Figma. 🧠 ARmotion chip for immersive sports training 🏋️♂️ Health bracelet data platform going further for precision 📱 Sports motivation app with IRL group training and competitions 🎮 Retractable AR headset for gamified workouts 2️⃣ UXR Sprint for first-years (10.5h Challenge) In my fastest student sprint ever, 4 teams (quickly) chewed over student lunchtime pain points: ⏱️ 3.5h - Interviews, surveys, personas & journey mapping 💡 3.5h - Ideation & prototyping of four solutions 🚀 3.5h - Testing, analysis & pitching It was a baptism by fire for these 1st years with the timer ticking and they definitely rose to the challenge!🔥 3️⃣ Product Sprint (5th Years) Using Supabase, Make, Frontly, these students built working MVPs for B2B challenges tapping into rich data sets and clever thinking solving HR, Commercial, CSR and employee wellness painpoints. While I focused on accelerated user research, problem definition, and guiding ideation, other expert teachers led the technical development. The result? Five impressive, functional projects that really worked! 🚀 Merci to all the students, huge thanks to Alexandre Sigoigne and Sara S. for the opportunity! 🙌
