#Jobs #CDI #Manager #HSE LACROIX Defense (CA 68 M€) située à Mazères (09) spécialisée dans la conception de systèmes de contre-mesures Terre, Air et Mer, et également active dans le secteur des pyromécanismes dans les domaines du spatial et de la défense, recherche un (e) Manager HSE (H/F) en CDI. ▶️ Missions principales : Notre service Santé, Sécurité et Environnement (SSE) renforce son équipe en créant le poste de Coordinateur(trice) HSE, rattaché(e) au Responsable du service du site. Manager d’une équipe de 4 préventeurs-animateurs, vous pilotez sur un site industriel classé Seveso l’animation santé, sécurité, environnement sur le terrain au service des opérations tout en assurant la bonne mise en œuvre de la politique sécurité définie par la direction. ▶️ Profil Diplômé dans les domaines QHSE ou Chimie, vous disposez d’un parcours professionnel d’au moins 10 ans dans l’industrie. Vous êtes avant tout une personne de terrain dont l’expertise HSE au même titre que vos compétences managériales sont reconnues car vous possédez de l’expérience dans cette fonction. Vous savez vous positionner en leader pour fédérer autour des sujets sécurité, santé et environnement et créer une dynamique aussi exigeante que bienveillante au service de l’amélioration. #Event #Euronaval : LACROIX Defense celebrates 10 years of its #SYLENA_System, and the resulting international success. We were delighted to mark the decade of our #Sylena fixed launcher concept last night during an official ceremony & cocktail reception on EURONAVAL 2024. We were very honoured to welcome many end-users, major shipbuilders and key industrial partners, as well as many media partners, in the presence of Pierre Éric Pommellet, president of the GICAN, our federating instance for French and Export pavilion on naval affairs. François Moulinier / COO of LACROIX Defense took the opportunity to recall the key stages of this project over the last 10 years, and to highlight the major achievements & success of the project : ➡️ The 100th Sylena decoy launcher went into production last September ➡️ Our Sylena systems now equip more than 40 ships from 8 navies abroad ➡️ nearly 14,000 units of SEACLAD® ammunition produced, equipping almost 130 platforms on different continents (depending on the DLS) . These factors reinforce our belief in this unique combination of fixed launcher and modern effects (IR, RF, CNR, anti-torpedo) and our confidence in the programmes and 10 years to come.
