I am pleased to announce the official sale of our LACROIX - City - Mobility segment to the Austrian group SWARCO, world leader in mobility solutions.   I am truly delighted that LACROIX - City Mobility teams are joining a family-owned group that shares their passion for traffic management and will support them in the challenges ahead! This paves the way for major development opportunities and synergies, particularly in France and Spain, thanks to the geographical, technological, and commercial complementarity.   This milestone also marks a significant step forward for LACROIX in its positioning to become a global leader in industrial IoT solutions and electronic equipment for critical applications. Moving forward, we are streamlining our organization around our two core activities all backed by highly competitive offers with solid growth prospects both in France and abroad - LACROIX - Electronics dedicated to the design and manufacture of electronic equipment for the automotive, industrial, home automation, aerospace/defense and medical sectors - LACROIX - Environment - specializing in Industrial IoT solutions for critical infrastructure management in 4 segments: Water, HVAC (heating networks), Smart Grids (electricity networks) and Public Lighting,   I would like to thank all the teams that contributed to the success of this project.
