Une entreprise familiale devenue le 1er groupe laitier mondial Fondé en 1933 par André Besnier à Laval, le Groupe Lactalis est une entreprise familiale ancrée dans les territoires ruraux, devenue le 1er groupe laitier mondial et un acteur majeur de l’emploi. Fidèle à son métier d’origine, fromager, le Groupe Lactalis premier producteur de fromages AOP, contribue au développement d’une économie rurale ouverte sur le monde. Aujourd’hui présent dans une centaine de pays, le Groupe compte 85 500 collaborateurs et 250 sites de production. Un savoir-faire laitier unique Présent sur l’ensemble des catégories laitières (lait de consommation, ultra-frais, fromage, beurre, crème et ingrédients laitiers), nous développons sur le long terme un portefeuille d’une centaine de marques, composé de grandes marques emblématiques comme de marques locales ou régionales.     ✅ 2 days to become the new Climate Fresk animators across Lactalis countries! 🌍 After the Lactalis' top management training last March, this week, 18 #CSR experts from 15 countries of the group gathered at our headquarters in France, for an intensive training to become Climate Fresk animators. At the end of this training course, CSR managers are now able to: ✔️Understand climate issues: the causes, and consequences of climate change, based on IPCC (Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change) reports. ✔️Acquire facilitation skills to guide employees through the various steps of the workshop. ✔️ Animate post-fresk discussions to encourage employees to reflect on individual and collective actions they can take. Objective 2025: progressively deploy the climate fresk beyond France! #Sustainability #Climate
