Our CEO breaks down how node classification can happen right in your web browser—no server needed! Didn’t know it was possible? 👉 Check out this demo showing how a pre-trained Graph Neural Network can classify nodes in real-time: https://lnkd.in/e5jfwrcY
Have you ever tried to classify nodes within a web browser (no server-side compute involved!), and visualize the progress of the classifier on the graph in real time? With machine learning models and large graph visualization becoming available in web browsers, it's possible to build advanced analytics applications with little server-side resources. Here's a demo using showing how to use a pre-trained Graph Neural Network model to predict node classification. It includes: - Ogma, Javascript library for large-scale interactive graph visualizations - TensorFlow.js, JavaScript library for machine learning - the "Cora" dataset, a citation network dataset. The model is trained on the a small subset of 500 nodes of the dataset, and uses the feature vectors extracted from the content of the papers associated with nodes and the cross-citations. This allows it to predict the category of the nodes that the model was not aware of. The source code of the example is available for study. https://lnkd.in/eDynJmDF #graph #visualization #marchinelearning #ai #tensorflow

We’re thrilled to partner with Oracle to bring powerful #graphvisualization capabilities to Oracle users! With Linkurious' technology, users can now easily visualize and explore graph data. Have an Oracle Database 23ai and want to display #SQL Property Graphs? 👉 Check it out: https://lnkd.in/e9fq_32x #Technology #GraphTechnology
If you're into Javascript and looking for advanced #graph visualization to render the property graphs from your Oracle 23ai Database, I suggest you try the new Linkurious Ogma Oracle Parser. The parser uses the SQL/PGQ standard (ISO/IEC 9075-16:2023) to communicate with the database and produces very slick interactive graphs. There is a step-by-step guide to setting up a Node.js sample application available on Github: - https://lnkd.in/ee6YunTm. Thank you to Léo Nicolle, the team at Linkurious, and Karin Patenge for their effort in putting this together!
