Driving CSR Commitments Through Operational Innovation We launched our annual Operations Week in Sevilla, with a strong focus on driving CSR commitments through operational innovation. A significant focus of our discussions was on how we are innovating in Operations to deliver on our Clients' CSR commitments. By aligning our operational strategies with our clients' sustainability goals, we are not only enhancing our service offerings but also contributing to a more sustainable future. This collaboration will ensure that we remain at the forefront of responsible business practices while helping our clients achieve their CSR objectives. We also had the opportunity to visit our Seville site, particularly the new biomass unit set to begin testing in January. This major investment will reduce the site's CO2 emissions by 74%! 🌍💚 Last but not least, we were thrilled to host Diego Iso, the new Operations Director of Intermalta S.A., and Pierre-Antoine Kantor, Client Solutions Manager within our Quality Department. A big thank you to all participants for making this event a success. Looking forward to the impactful changes we'll drive together! #OperationsWeek #Innovation #Sustainability #CSR

Together for Regenerative Agriculture at Scale! It was such a pleasure to have Anne-Sophie Leroy, from Earthworm Foundation, share insights at our round table about RegenAg during BrauBeviale. #RegenAg #Malt #ThoughtLeadership
The Science Based Targets initiative). #RegenerativeAgriculture #Transitions Groupe VIVESCIA Malteurop, Coline Decourcelle, Bastien SACHET, Laurence Enault, Julien ROY, Melissa Comellas, Sébastien Frère, Anne-Sophie Leroy

Our Global Director of Strategy & Development Julien ROY was invited to speak on a panel as an expert in Regenerative Agriculture. Read his takeaways below! #regenag #thoughtleadership
🌍 #Regenerative Agriculture # Impact Week in Bilbao! 🌟 Malteurop Groupe VIVESCIA Those who know me won’t be surprised when I say that speaking on a panel isn’t usually my favorite activity. But this time, it was different! First, a big thank you to Matteo Vanzini from KOIS for the great icebreaker. It was a smart way to get everyone connected and understanding the diverse group in the room: Policy makers & advisors Project intermediaries: NGOs & SMEs Donors: philanthropists and grant givers Investors: private and commercial capital holders Financial intermediaries: banking and insurance Corporates: agri-food and fashion sectors This mix of perspectives truly set the stage for impactful discussions. Second, the speakers brought more than just expertise—they shared passion and real, on-the-ground action stories. A special mention to Amparo de San José Riestra from EIT Food Food and Leslie Kapin from Astanor for their inspiring contributions. It was also an opportunity to highlight the key ingredients for a successful regenerative agriculture transformation: 1️⃣ Local adaptability: Solutions must reflect diverse contexts—soil types, crop rotations, climate, and stakeholder readiness. As we do in France but also in our Spanish program Navarra 360Intermalta S.A. Danone Cargill EIT Food 2️⃣ Farm-centric approach: Like our #Transitions program with #VIVESCIA, where 420 (soon 1000!) farmers have tailored action plans covering all crops — malting barley, wheat, corn, rapeseed, sunflower, alfalfa, peas and more. 3️⃣ Scientific robustness: Combining in-house capabilities with external expertise from INRAE, Arvalis, Unilasalle Beauvais, Earthworm, Universidad de Córdoba, INTIA, Neiker, and more. 4️⃣ Compliance with international standards: Including GHG-P, SBTI, SBTN & SAI Regenerative agriculture must align with global benchmarks. 5️⃣ Financial viability: Mobilizing diverse funding—private and public—to make sure we all contribute to the transition! As Leslie aptly pointed out, investing in enablers is critical—whether it’s high-tech tools to reduce environmental impact, restore soil health, or secure long-term resilience in the food system. Finally, my favorite part: the lively discussions and Q&A sessions with the audience. Three years ago, these topics might have been niche, attracting only a few passionate voices. Now, they’re at the forefront of global conversations and strategies. At #VIVESCIA, alongside #Malteurop and our #Transitions coalition partners, we’ve been bold and proactive in this field. Today, we’re scaling our efforts globally to create even more impact. Thank you to everyone who participated—your energy and insights made this week truly memorable. Looking forward to continuing the dialogue and driving change together! 🙌 #ImpactWeek #Sustainability #Collaboration Groupe VIVESCIA Malteurop Earthworm Foundation Melissa Comellas Camille Balourdet Noémie Levé Valerie FRAPIER Thomas Cornelis Armand GANDON Etienne MIGNOT
