The Master II English and North American Business Law Society of the University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne was created in 2013. Its aim is to develop relations between students and alumni, promote the programme and facilitate the professional integration of its students.
The aim of this master's degree, taught exclusively in English, is to train international lawyers and jurists with a dual background in civil law and common law, with an emphasis on the business world.
In addition to the traditional courses teaching the principles of legal reasoning and the English and American legal systems through courses such as US Business Law, International Arbitration and US Commercial Litigation, our programme has adapted to meet today's challenges by offering a Comparative Equality Law programme in association with the University of Berkeley (CA) and several other universities around the world (Hong Kong University, McKenzie University, Stockholm University, University of Palermo, University of Milan, Universidad de Buenos Aires, etc.).
