Our partners Miguel António Dias Neves (MSc, PhD) and Mathis Ogire, from i3S - Instituto de Investigação e Inovação em Saúde in Porto (it's an amazing institute by the way! 💛 ) visited the MIC last week. We had a super fun day at our Team Building event! 🤩 We spent the afternoon together solving fun (and sometimes athletic 😅 ) space puzzles at an escape-game type of competition, and we discovered the superpower capabilities of Olivier Fournier in answering trivia quizzes 👀 Then, we had a lot of fun with Karting 🏎️ 🏎️ ! Our winners were: First place: Théo Gavoille, Second place Léna RASSE and Third place Julia Sepulveda who got a one-of-a-kind muscly chili pepper trophy (Our CEO Julia Sepulveda is Mexican, so you get the idea 😬 )! It was great to spend time together and put our brains to work in different challenges than the everyday ones we are used to! Now we are refreshed to come back and tackle everything related to microfluidics! #teambuilding #teambonding #fun #workrelatedfun

BioProS at Biointelligence 2024 in Stuttgart   On October 22, BioProS took part in the 2nd Biointelligence Congress in Stuttgart. 🧬 At our booth, we demonstrated the prototype of our evaluation platform, which automates the process of gathering online data during viral vector manufacturing—an important step for bioproduction. As part of the Midterm Seminar session, "Biointelligent Innovations Improving Human Health," two presentations featured BioProS:   ✦ "BioProS: A Biointelligent Production Sensor to Measure Viral Activity" 🗣️ Prof. Dr. Günter Gauglitz, University of Tübingen   ✦ "Bioprinting of Microfluidic Structures and Process Monitoring Approaches in BioProS" 🗣️ Patrizia Gironi & Egon Prioglio, Politecnico di Milano   Additionally, a BioProS meeting was held on October 23 and 24 at the University of Tübingen, where representatives from all partner organizations discussed the progress and findings of the last 12 months as well as current challenges.   A highlight of these two days was the city tour through Tübingen, guided by professor Gauglitz. He combined historical facts with his own past as a student in Tübingen and caused many amusing moments.   Thank you to everyone who contributed to these productive days!   #EUHorizon #BioProS
