🌍 Starquest se voit confier la gestion du premier fonds mondial dédié à l’adaptation aux catastrophes naturelles 🌍 Nous sommes fiers d’annoncer aujourd’hui le lancement du Climate Change Resilience Fund, un fonds d’investissement créé avec CCR - Caisse Centrale de Réassurance.   Ce fonds est une continuité logique de ce que nous faisons depuis 15 ans chez Starquest. Nous luttons contre les sources du dérèglement climatique, principalement les émissions carbones, et nous allons maintenant lutter contre leurs conséquences, les catastrophes naturelles.    Nous devons reconnaitre que les trajectoires sont déjà plus mauvaises que celle des accords de Paris. La priorité est désormais d’en prévoir et d’en limiter les effets délétères sur les actifs matériels et les activités humaines.   Pour chaque euro investi en prévention et en adaptation, c’est 8 euros d’indemnisations potentielles évitées. Ce fonds contribuera à renforcer la résilience du système assurantiel français, unique au monde, tout en protégeant l’assurabilité des biens face aux aléas climatiques.   Nous remercions chaleureusement CCR - Caisse Centrale de Réassurance, pour la confiance qu’elle nous accorde dans la gestion de ce fonds stratégique. [#Exit]   The Montefiore Investment team is thrilled to announce the sale of its stake in Paris Experience Group (PEG) to Groupe ADP 🔥 Since partnering with PEG and Ekkio Capital in 2021, we’ve supported Paris Experience Group in strengthening its position as a leader in #sustainable tourism in Paris 🗼 Key milestones include: ✅ Reshaping the business model and accelerating #growth through significant investments and an enhanced management team. ✅ Establishing PEG as a major player in Parisian #tourism, with nearly €90M in revenue in 2023. ✅ Implementing robust #ESG initiatives focused on decarbonization and sustainable growth.   This marks the second exit for our "Nov Tourisme" Fund, launched in 2020 to support tourism’s recovery post-COVID. Across the portfolio, companies we’ve backed have seen an average 82% increase in revenue and 22% boost in profitability 🚀
