Parenthèse is an educational program company facilitating international mobility for students and professionals. As the official representative of CIEE, we specialize in J-1 visa programs (Internship, Trainee and Summer Work & Travel). We simplify the administrative process by providing specific, clear and up-to-date information to: -students interested in internships, placements or summer jobs in the US, -companies wishing to send their employees abroad or host J-1 visa participants in the US and -individuals with an international project. In partnership with CIEE, we ensure that participants get their visa paperwork processed in the fastest and most efficient way. We also provide assistance and resources to individuals looking for training/placements in the United States. In addition, we also assist employers in promoting their training opportunities and recruiting eligible candidates in France, Belgium, Switzerland, Luxemburg and in the UK.     Parenthèse is looking for a full-time program coordinator to work as part of a small, multicultural and bilingual team in our Paris office, located in the heart of the city (Bourse/Opéra area). This is an entry-level position, a CDI contract, with competitive starting salary. Parenthèse has facilitated international exchange programs to the United States for 20 years (BridgeUSA programs). Our coordinators must have advanced communication skills, both written and verbal, French and English, and be detail oriented.
