PepKon develops first-in-class drug candidates for the treatment of incurable cancers. PKT16 is highly innovative because its mechanism of action differs from that of competitor CD47 antibodies. It is a promising drug candidate as it has displayed good activity and low toxicity during in vitro and in vivo studies. PKT16 has a competitive advantage because it is simple to manufacture by chemical synthesis
