🧬 SeekOne DD 3' was utilized to explore the heterogeneous cellular characteristics of chronic atrophic gastritis (CAG) by analyzing three paired biopsy samples and adjacent normal mucosa from the stomach. 🚀 🔬 This study, conducted by Professor Ye Weimin and Associate Researcher He Shiwei's team from Fujian Medical University, was published in the Journal of Translational Medicine. This research elucidates the distinct pathways through which various immune cells, fibroblasts, and epithelial cells adapt their gene expression programs during the progression of CAG. 💡 Importantly, the insights garnered from this study pave the way for developing innovative therapeutic strategies. Why is algae important, and how can it be accurately quantified?💡 Algae is a model organism to study in biological research, and its range of industrial and commercial applications is growing rapidly. Due to their small cell size and tendency to cluster together, it can be difficult to get accurate measurements of algae concentrations. So how do you get results you can trust? One solution is to use fluorescence. Because algae cells have intrinsic fluorescence in their chlorophyll, automated cell counters with fluorescence channels can be used to efficiently and accurately analyze samples.
