If you're heading up north to Maine for the long weekend to hit the slopes, keep an eye out for Central Maine Adaptive Sports (CMAS) at Lost Valley. This nonprofit is making skiing, hockey, and more accessible for athletes with disabilities – and for Cameron Macri on PSG’s sourcing team, that mission is personal. Growing up, Cam and his cousin Travis shared a love for sports, but for Travis, who has cerebral palsy and is legally blind, finding opportunities to play was challenging. That changed when he discovered sled hockey through CMAS, giving him the chance to compete and gain independence on the ice. Wanting to give back, Cam shared Travis’s story as part of PSG’s annual Giving Event – and secured $20,000 to help keep CMAS running for the next two years. Today we announced the final close of two funds totaling $8 billion in committed capital. Our sixth North American flagship fund, PSG VI, closed with $6 billion in capital commitments, surpassing its $4.7 billion predecessor fund, with commitments from both new and existing investors. Mentorship at PSG isn’t about having all the answers—it’s about asking the right questions, pushing each other to grow, and creating a space where both mentee and mentor can learn. For Alexandra LaCour, collaborating with Evan Ocko has been an inspiring experience. “Evan has influenced my aspirations by demonstrating his relentless pursuit of success, both for himself and those around him,” Alex shared. “His uplifting positivity, both in and out of the office, serves as a constant reminder to stay true to myself.” Through thoughtful conversations, shared challenges, and plenty of problem-solving, they’ve built a mentorship rooted in trust and collaboration. These relationships are key to PSG’s success, fostering the kind of growth and accountability that make our teams stronger. And while they’ve tackled plenty of high-stakes decisions together, the real test of their teamwork? Navigating a tough pickleball match.

Mentorship is one of the ways PSG cultivates growth - not just in skills, but in relationships, accountability, and shared success. When Tommy Wynn reflected on his early days at PSG, he shared, “I wasn’t as technically sound or had similar investing experience as others, but my mentor made an effort to hold me accountable and provided me with the guidance I needed to grow.” This is the essence of mentorship at PSG: it’s how we build each other up, drive personal and professional growth, and create a culture rooted in mutual support.

We are excited to announce that we have completed the acquisition of medical software solutions leader Corilus N.V., alongside Rivean Capital. Headquartered in Ghent, Belgium, Corilus connects healthcare providers, patients and stakeholders through its cloud-based software solutions and its patient app. In collaboration with PSG Equity and Rivean Capital, Corilus will use the investment to help enhance its products and services offering and evaluate opportunities to further strengthen AI capabilities. “Corilus has a truly impressive offering and a leading market position, which is a testament to the work of the CEO and the wider management team, in partnership with Rivean Capital.
