🚇 𝗧𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗼𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝗠𝗲𝘁𝗿𝗼: 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗨𝗽𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲!   For several months now, RBL REI has been working alongside Bouygues Travaux Publics and BESSAC to build the new Line C of the Toulouse Metro – Lot 4. RBL REI is proud to contribute to this project by providing solutions to manage the transport and storage of excavated material from tunnel boring activities.   🔍 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗔𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗗𝗮𝘁𝗲: ▪️ 1.6 km excavated out of the planned 4.2 km ▪️ A steady pace of 14 to 15 rings installed per day   🔧 Solutions Implemented by RBL REI: ▪️ 7 Conveyors in total ▪️ 1 Tunnel Conveyor – Capable of handling curves up to a 250-meter radius with a capacity of 700 t/h ▪️ 28-meter ZZBELT Vertical Conveyor – A sandwich belt conveyor system by RBL REI ▪️ Mobile and Reversible Transfer Conveyors   A significant part of this equipment is refurbished from reconditioned used equipment, demonstrating our commitment to providing reliable and sustainable solutions.   Many thanks to our teams and partners for their dedication, and to our client for their trust in this project.   #Tisseo #TisseoIngenierie #ToulouseMetro #RBLREI #Tunnel #Innovation #Bessac #BouyguesTP #LigneC #BouyguesTPRF #SoletancheBachy
