📢 DLS China & REDEX China, a winning duo for the industrial modernization   With the intervention of REDEX China, a machine that was almost 20 years old is now able to produce strips at a speed of 150 m/min. This will enable DLS China to increase productivity without having to reinvest in a new levelling line. After this success story, Mr. Cao, President of DLS, plans to call on our expertise again for the forthcoming acquisition of a second levelling line.   More information about our intervention on this machine: China's Jiangsu Dalishen Aluminium Co, Ltd (DLS) asked Redex China to refurbish an old levelling line (model: SBL400-1050/0.8/23, originally Ungerer Com6990), necessary for the production of high-strength aluminum plates and strips. Redex Group supplied a new cassette, replacement rollers and a refurbished UMS roller, including a new UMS control system. In addition, a new PLC hardware and software system was installed, along with on-site installation supervision and commissioning.
