🚨 Root2Res at PotatoEurope 2024!🌱🥔   Root2Res recently presented its innovations at #PotatoEurope2024 in France, held on September 11-12. The event had 15,000 visitors, including 80 industry key figures like potato farmers and advisors who attended our session.   Key highlights: - We compared four advanced root phenotyping methods, showing how they help improve both above-ground and below-ground potato traits. - Field methods for identifying key potato traits in real-world farming also attracted lots of interest. - We discussed how Root2Res considers soil types in trials, making our methods adaptable to different environments.   For more info and photos, visit the official ARVALIS page or explore our Knowledge Centre for details on measuring potato root traits and more. 🔗https://lnkd.in/dweTPRgM   #PotatoEurope2024 #Root2Res #SustainableFarming

🌿 Root2Res at #PotatoEurope2024 – Join Us in France! 🥔 We are excited to share that Root2Res will be participating in PotatoEurope 2024, hosted by our partner ARVALIS  on 11 and 12 September 2024 in Villers-Saint-Christophe (Aisne), France. Yesterday's mid-term Roo2Res symposium was a success, unfolding exactly as planned!🎉 The event was marked by in-depth discussions between our interactive audience and an expert panel, who demonstrated keen interest in our preliminary results across all covered themes. We are now working on a summary report, expected to be circulated in September. This report will serve as a robust foundation for a follow-up article, which we aim to feature on our R2R website. 🌱 Today, we wrapped up an exciting chapter at the #ESA2024 Congress with the Root2Res Mid-Term Symposium. We explored the latest advancements in climate-resilient crop systems, focusing on innovative root traits and their role in enhancing crop resilience to abiotic stress.
