Recently, our teams in China dedicated a month to various health awareness and wellness activities for colleagues there. Some of these actions included sharing mental health tips with all employees in China and hosting an event using picture cards to encourage discussion on self-empowerment. The Women@Roquette network in China also organized yoga sessions for women to help them gain valuable knowledge and practice holistic well-being. 📰 Roquette marks another successful step in its journey to reinforce its position in the health and nutrition markets with the successful completion of its inaugural EUR 1.2 Billion Bond Offering. Pierre Courduroux, CEO of Roquette declared: “We are extremely proud of the success of this inaugural bond issuance, which marks a significant milestone in our long history of value creation for all our stakeholders. The strong demand from investors reflects their confidence in our strategy and our ability to continue innovating and expanding into high-growth markets. Once we complete the acquisition of IFF Pharma Solutions, we will not only expand our capabilities in the pharmaceutical excipients sector but also transform Roquette into a company with a more balanced Health and Nutrition offering and an expanded global presence." The net proceeds from the bond offering will mainly be used to refinance the announced acquisition of IFF Pharma Solutions, expected to close in the first half of 2025. 👏🏼 A great demonstration of teamwork and solidarity from our staff in Benifaio, Spain. The recent devastating DANA storm in Valencia left many people and municipalities in need of assistance. In response, 50 volunteers from our Benifaio site sprang into action, stepping up to lend a helping hand. 🤝🏼 Their priority was to help, putting their skills at the service of those who had lost everything in a few minutes, without rest, and showing commitment to our closest environment.
