At IMPROVE, we have several state-of-the-art machines that we use to benefit our clients. Today, we would like to introduce our Gravity Classifier ZIGZAG Hosokawa Micron B.V. This machine is used for cleaning and dehulling the raw materials in preparation for crushing. The mechanism works by aspirating light particles to the top of the tube, while the heavier fractions settle at the bottom. Thanks to this technology, we can remove dust and dehull raw materials by separating impurities or by-products with an air velocity of up to 10 m/s. In summary, the Gravity Classifier ZIGZAG Hosokawa enables us to ensure the highest quality of raw material processing, meeting our clients’ needs for efficiency and precision.

This Tuesday, October 15th was the first Alliance’s Day held in Compiegne! This Alliance Day was organized together by our three companies, SAS IMPROVE PIVERT and ITERG at the SAS PIVERT factory located in Compiegne. Our aim was to present our alliance to our customers and to show how we can collaborate altogether as an ALLIANCE for our various projects. During the day, the participants attend presentations about Sunflower oil & protein extraction by Amadou Sidibé & Jean-Philippe LOISON, PRIC products by Guillaume Chollet & Anthony LEROY and Fermentation & DSP applied to food market by Kim Olivier NGUYEN & Abderrafik MERMOURI. They also take part in the presentation of the start-ups COLIPI, GOURMEY, Protera, Revive and Standing Ovation. After a well-deserved lunch, the day continued with a B2B session, followed by the visit of the PIVERT factory and workshops, and stood held by our Alliance experts who presented their expertise based on different topics to our visitors. We wanted to thank our customers, experts, speakers, staff, and the organizer for making this first Alliance Day a success. We hope to see you back again during our future event.
