Where it all began 30 years ago at SBM Formulation, our production site dedicated to agricultural crop protection. 30 years from now, Jean-Paul Simmler saved this plant from closing and took the employees with him; this is where the incredible SBM adventure began. That's why this celebration in particular had a very special flavor for Jean-Paul and Alexandre S.. cyril van Caneghem led the celebration, the team was eager to hear how far we've come since day one, and we're all looking forward to growing together as crop protection is a major asset for the company. Iris is a beautiful flower... but also the name of our factory based in France and specialized in plant protection.
