Feedback is randomly gathered from about 5% of our customer interactions once a ticket is closed. And, as many of you know, Q3 is the most demanding season of the year—the time that pushes us to deliver under the highest pressure. So, when Marie Caille presented our Q3 2024 numbers, we were blown away. Our customers have shown incredible satisfaction with our customer success team. But just how incredible? 98.6%. Yes, a 98.6% satisfaction rate during our toughest season! I still find it almost unbelievable. That number reflects the dedication and heart our team brings every single day. And it doesn’t stop there—because in October, we hit a perfect 100% customer satisfaction rate. 100%! This incredible result speaks volumes, not only about our team’s relentless efforts but also about our partnership with our customers. So, a massive thank you to our customer success team and account managers, whose hard work and dedication drive this value. And just as importantly, a heartfelt thanks to our customers.
