🇮🇹 La Maddalena Park in Sardinia has introduced new regulations to safeguard its marine environment, effective from 6 August 2024. 🛥️These rules prohibit overnight anchoring between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM for all vessels, including rentals and educational boats. Instead, vessels under 15 metres must utilise mooring buoys designated by the Park Authority. NoE or Notice of Eligibility - is a document issued by the Maritime and Coastguard Agency and it means you have met all the requirements to sit an oral examination with the MCA for a Certificate of Competence (CoC). *Note : Before you can book a date for an oral exam, you must have obtained an NoE.
