We are excited to announce that we have now completed our 2025 Internship Programme recruitment process! Applications opened early September 2024, offering ambitious and talented individuals the opportunity to join Torch Partners’ 8-week Summer Internship Programme.   Last month we had an incredible time hosting our 2025 Internship Programme Recruitment Event where students were able to network with our team, gain insights into our culture and learn more about our company and deal activity. The event was filled with inspiring conversations and an overwhelming amount of talent.   This was followed by a rigorous 2-day assessment centre at our London Offices, where various members of the Torch team were involved in interviewing and assessing shortlisted candidates. A couple of weeks ago, the Torch team came together at the stunning Wilderness Reserve in Suffolk for our annual offsite—an unforgettable experience focused on building trust, strengthening relationships, and fostering teamwork in a unique setting. Across three days, we shared moments that allowed us to truly connect as a team: Day 1: An arrival with nature walks, yoga, spa time, and an evening magic show, followed by a team-wide murder mystery experience over dinner to get everyone in the spirit. Day 2: A mix of team challenges including tag archery, hawk encounters, and raft building challenges, followed by an authentic fire feast lunch with live music. Afternoon activities included paddleboarding, pottery, and wine tasting with a fantastic fire performance to end the day. Day 3: A full-team scavenger hunt and farewell brunch to wrap up the offsite on a high note .
