🚨 Urgent deadline for European Road Transporters: Take action now! 🚨 By December 31, 2024, all vehicles over 3.5 tons equipped with analog or first-generation tachographs must be retrofitted with Smart Tachograph 2 to remain eligible for cross-border EU operations. Failure to comply could result in penalties, market bans, and severe disruptions to the European logistics network. Key deadlines: December 31, 2024: Analog or first-generation tachographs must be upgraded to Smart Tachograph 2. August 2025: Vehicles with Smart Tachograph 1 must upgrade to Smart Tachograph 2. July 2026: Lighter vehicles (over 2.5 tons) engaged in international transport must install a tachograph. The stakes are high, and the clock is ticking. As of November 1, 2024, the minimum wage in France has risen by 2%, now reaching €1,801.80 gross monthly for a standard 35-hour week, or €11.88 gross per hour. This early adjustment, outlined in an October 24 decree, means there will be no additional re-evaluation on January 1, 2025. 📢 IMPORTANT!
