🚨 NIS 2 Directive: Tracking Transposition Across Europe A few months ago, we introduced our first map tracking how European countries are transposing the NIS 2 Directive into their national laws. Today, we’re unveiling an updated version that categorizes countries into 4 maturity levels, ranging from minimal progress to fully approved legislation. While some countries, such as Belgium, Italy, and Croatia, met the October 17, 2024 transposition deadline, many others are still progressing, each taking distinct approaches to implement this directive aimed at strengthening and harmonizing network and information security across the EU. This year, during the European Week for the Employment of People with Disabilities, our Disability Inclusion Team hosted two standout events that left a lasting impact on our employees: 🎙️ Our panel discussion, "Daring to Be Yourself in the Workplace," featured inspiring stories from three colleagues. They shared what it means to embrace authenticity at work - whether daring to speak openly about disability and health, pursuing unique career paths, or simply being themselves. 🏅 Timothée Adolphe, double silver medalist at Paris 2024, joined us with his guide, Jeffrey LAMI. Together, they shared their journey - stories of resilience, teamwork, and lessons that transcend sport and can be applied in every workplace. These conversations reminded everyone that inclusion is about creating space for everyone to thrive, no matter their background or abilities. They also emphasized the importance of perseverance, adaptability, and teamwork in overcoming challenges. And we’re not stopping here. We’ve just launched a new e-learning course on disability inclusion to challenge biases and provide practical tools for building a truly inclusive workplace. Reflecting on an Inspiring Month – Mindful October 2024 🌟   As we close the curtain on #MindfulOctober2024 under the light of #Mindfulness in changing times, we look back on a month full of various activities, insights and inspiration. The Grand Finale on 30 October was a wonderful conclusion, bringing together participants, experts, and colleagues to celebrate the journey we've shared.   Throughout the entire month, we had inspiring talks, trainings, and meaningful get togethers. Closing the Mindful October with our panel discussion, we explored the evolving role of mindfulness in the business world and sparked fresh ideas on how to integrate mindful practices into our daily lives.   To everyone who joined us - thank you for being part of this experience.
