We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support us with various administrative tasks.

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support us with various administrative tasks.

Main Responsibilities
- Assist in completing company documents and forms for the Swiss organization.
- Follow up with Swiss institutions and organizations via email and phone.
- Help prepare essential documents (candidate will work closely with the supervisor to prepare key documents).
- Conduct research and gather necessary information as required.
- Maintain organization and ensure timely completion of task.
- 3-5 years or more of relevant experience in an administrative or support role.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
- Fluent in both French and English (spoken and written).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Previous experience working remotely is a plus.
- Independent contractor role with invoicing based on hourly rates.
- Flexible working hours (approx. 20 hours per week).
