As a Business Development & Sales Professional, you will play a pivotal role in our growth story. You will identify new opportunities, establish strategic partnerships, and drive revenue growth in your local market and beyond. If you’re a natural networker, a persuasive communicator, and a results-oriented professional, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to identify and capture new business opportunities.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners at all levels.
  • Negotiate and close high-value contracts with key decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailor-made solutions for clients.
  • Track and analyze market trends to stay ahead of industry developments.

Profil recherché

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related role ( minimum of 5 years of proven business development experience with a strong track record of results) .
  • Entrepreneurial Spirit: Proactive, goal-oriented, and driven to achieve revenue growth
  • Educational Background: Master’s degree in marine science, Ecology, Agriculture, Business, Engineering, or a related field relevant to the role
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills , including public speaking and excellent technical writing capability
  • Ability to work independently and remotely while collaborating with global teams.
  • Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus!).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Office 365 tools.
