In the context of a fast-paced digital transformation, Septodont is looking for a Content Strategist & Acquisition Lead to join the Global Digital Marketing team, reporting to the Digital Marketing Director. At the core of our international digital strategy aimed at establishing a direct relationship with our customers, you will play a central role in the growth of the business by defining our content strategy and leading our acquisition tactics to drive qualified leads across multiple markets.

- Develop and implement a comprehensive and data driven content strategy that aligns with our marketing goals in an international and multi-lingual context.
- Develop an organic strategy encompassing SEO, SMO, and organic social media to enhance Septodont brand visibility, engagement, and long-term growth.
- Utilize diverse paid media channels to optimize content performance and drive acquisition.
- Develop a structured publishing plan and ensure timely campaign delivery across all markets.
- Develop specific strategies for key events throughout the year.
- Manage and mentor one direct report, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality content production and efficient campaign roll out.
- Oversee the creation, editing, and distribution of content across multiple platforms, including web, social media, and email.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content consistency and effectiveness.
- Analyze content performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to improve engagement and conversion rates.
- Internal evangelization on the content strategy, onboarding local market teams.
- Coordination and point of contact with external agencies and internal stakeholders.
- Collaboration with the wider digital marketing team and product team.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in content strategy and performance media
- Proven expertise in paid social media, acquisition strategy, SEO, SMO, and SEA.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in content management systems and analytics tools.
- Recognized organizational and prioritization skills; ability to work autonomously on multiple projects simultaneously, with a significant number of stakeholders, and to mobilize resources and teams to achieve expected results. Confidence managing and challenging external partners.
- Ability to make complex subjects accessible and interact with diverse and numerous stakeholders at various levels of seniority.
