Since late 2021, we have been supported by a European investment fund that drives our growth and ambitious development projects.

At Didask, we combine advanced research, innovative AI, and a mission to make impactful learning accessible to all. Join us to help shape the future of education!

Job Description

Note: we describe our ideal candidate below. For an exceptional profile, this role could evolve into a Chief People Officer position. Please feel free to apply even if you don't think you match all items — we know these are ambitious expectations!

As People Lead at Didask, you will play a key role in scaling our team from 65 to 100 employees while fostering and elevating the core of our culture. Your mission: build and lead a world-class HR function that truly embodies Didask’s values and makes our company an even more inspiring workplace for our employees.

This role is both strategic and operational:

  • Talent acquisition: Design and execute hiring strategies to attract top talent and ensure a seamless candidate experience. Partner closely with hiring managers to meet the needs of a rapidly growing team, particularly in technical and product roles.
  • HR foundations: Establish robust processes for onboarding, annual performance evaluations, career development, and compensation. Establish scalable and structured HR processes in an organization where practices have so far been shaped by its founders' hands-on involvement.
  • Culture and influence: Act as the primary ambassador of Didask’s culture. Strengthen and evolve it by fostering a transparent, equitable, and inspiring environment. Lead by example and make sure our values resonate across all teams.
  • Employee experience: Implement initiatives that promote wellbeing, engagement, and a sense of belonging. Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and leaders alike.
  • Coaching and development: Design and implement programs for coaching, continuous learning, and professional development. Put special emphasis on preparing the team for internationalization, including upskilling employees in English and other relevant areas.
  • Compensation and performance: Develop and maintain fair, transparent, and competitive practices for compensation, annual reviews, and promotions. Align these processes with our broader goals and ensure employees feel recognized and supported.
  • HR strategy: Partner with leadership to align HR initiatives with company objectives. Be a thought leader, identifying opportunities to elevate our organization and positioning HR as a strategic pillar of our success.

You will work closely with the cofounders, whose commitment to HR and equality of opportunity is deeply rooted in their prior careers dedicated to these themes. Your influence will directly shape the company’s trajectory and the experience of every employee.
