Embracing entrepreneurial innovation in Medicine: The case for inclusion of entrepreneurship education in medical school curriculum Our recent publication argues that the 21st-century healthcare landscape is a rapidly evolving field that requires immediate recognition and adaptation by medical community stakeholders. Whether in areas such as nanobiotechnology, neuroscience, microelectronics, medical device innovation, or information technology, it is evident that medical education must undergo significant changes to train students to meet these new challenges adequately. To address these evolving demands, the medical curriculum must be restructured to scale up healthcare delivery systems with innovative business solutions that respond not only to advances in medical research but also to shifting environmental and societal needs. Entrepreneurship education, with its inherent focus on creative problem-solving, results-driven approaches, leadership, and teamwork, offers a practical pathway to equip medical students with the essential skills required to transform healthcare delivery effectively and efficiently. By integrating these entrepreneurial principles, medical schools and colleges of medicine can empower students to improve patient outcomes and drive innovation in healthcare systems. #Chine #FranceChine #KnowledgeSecurity
