Airline Support Obligations: Airlines are required to offer meals, accommodations, and communication facilities when delays extend beyond certain periods. Fraudulent Claims Prevention: The new rules address and reject fraudulent claims, ensuring a fairer process for all. Complaint Submissions: Clearer procedures for submitting complaints, ensuring they are handled effectively.
