We are recommerce the pioneer of refurbishment in Europe since 2009. As a circular economy enabler, we buy back, refurbish and resell quality products. We started 15 years ago with smartphones. Today we cover all key high tech products and are expanding into new categories each year such as DIY and sport, fashion and luxury. We buy back used products at a fair price through online and in store solutions. Our goal is to extend the electronics lifespan, reduce waste generation and thus protect the environment. Our testing tools ensure rapid diagnosis of a used product, enabling us to offer a fixed and fair buyback price to European customers, increasing their purchasing power and favouring the local economy. We enable all customers to reduce their environmental impact thanks to our buyback programs. Relying on market expertise and cutting edge pricing technologies, we refurbish used equipment. We sought diagnose products at over 56 checkpoints. All data is erased using our deal certified solutions certified by a DSA. When necessary, products are repaired in workshops all across Europe using CE certified parts. Our entire value chain is awarded the wreck Label Refurbishment Quality by Decree certification. Our processes are ISO 9114, thousand 1 and 27,001, certified by DNV, a third party assessment organization and ranked at gold level by Ecovadis. Thanks to refurbishment, we reduce our environmental impact. Each smartphone saves up to 50 kilos of CO2 and prevents the extraction of 154. Kilos of primary raw materials. We resell high quality refurbished products. We offer a wide range of brands and models to meet diverse needs. Our products are resold through numerous partners all across Europe, including major telcos and retailers. To structure tomorrow's circular economy, Recommerce launched Circular X IN2021A SAS platform, enabling any retailer or brand to launch its Omni channel second hand offering. The white label software allows them to pilot the buyback, refurbishment and resale of products in all categories. DIY, sports, luxury or fashion recommerce is know how is applied to all products through the Circular X solution. Since 2009, our greatest asset has been our people, united by a vision for a fairer, more responsible world. Our collective effort ensures our success. En 2023, les ventes ont atteint des niveaux significatifs avec des prévisions de forte croissance dans diverses régions.
🌍 Tendances Régionales :
- Asie-Pacifique : La Chine, Singapour et l'Inde sont les moteurs principaux.
- Europe : L’Espagne et le Luxembourg sont leaders dans les transactions transfrontalières.
- Amérique du Nord : Les États-Unis voient une augmentation constante des acheteurs transfrontaliers, passant de 69,8 millions en 2023 à 74,5 millions en 2025.

This is the average score that +350 European brands and retailers score in the discipline of sustainability in commerce in the newly published Omnichannel Index by IMPACT Commerce and Google.
In other words there are a lot of great sustainability ambitions but companies struggle with bringing it into reality.
Front runners such as e.g. IKEA, Ganni A/S, Decathlon & Elgiganten A/S are leading the way forward with scores reaching up to 60 but….
The retail industry in the EU is estimated to account for about 40% of the EU’s total CO2 emissions.

The good news is that there are great possibilities to change commerce for the better - that will benefit both people, planet and profit.
