Le 23 Octobre dernier, Arronax a vécu une étape importante de son histoire en recevant son nouveau cyclotron 18 MeV (IBA Cyclone® KIUBE 18)! Comme anticipé, il a fallu tout le talent et la patience des intervenants pour qu'il puisse être inséré au centimètre près 😏 dans la casemate libérée à cet effet. Il est maintenant en cours d'installation pour une mise en service opérationnelle prévue d'ici début 2025. On October 23rd, Arronax passed an important milestone in its history by receiving its new 18 MeV cyclotron (IBA Cyclone® KIUBE 18)! As expected it took all the talent and patience of those involved to insert it to the nearest centimeter 😏 into the casemate freed up for its installation. It is now being prepared for operational commissioning scheduled for early 2025.

Challenge accepted! What a great community gathered on the eve of the #EANM24 Congress to kick-off the Accelerate.EU project supported by the Innovative Health Initiative (IHI). With the COST NOAR Astatine Third International Meeting taking place until today in Nantes, the Région Pays de la Loire and Nantes Métropole astatine ecosystem excellence is definitely in the spotlight!

📸 Following up on last week's post about our PhD offer, we are happy to share this photo of the #AidaLab board. The joint laboratory between AI4R and CRCI2NA, is working on the use of autoradiography to develop small-scale dosimetry techniques, primarily for alpha therapy #TAT. We would like to extend our sincere thanks to the four individuals pictured for their commitment and involvement in this project: Michel Chérel, Nicolas Chouin, Jérôme Donnard, and Samuel DUVAL. For those unfamiliar, a joint laboratory is a partnership between a private company and a public entity.
