🚀 Restitution de l'atelier "Mettre en oeuvre des techniques pour atteindre l'état d'architecture for flow ?" - Événement Continuous Architecture La journée du 1er octobre a été une belle opportunité pour aussi faire un peu d'architecture. Olivier Jauze, architecte chez MICHELIN IS & Digital a animé un kata (pratique inspirée des arts martiaux et adaptée à l'architecture par le fameux Neal Ford de ThoughtWorks) sur les différentes techniques à utiliser pour concevoir un Système d'Information réactif et découplé et donc prêt à s'adapter. Le concept d'architecture for flow vient du monde du développement logiciel. Être dans le flow c'est être tellement concentré,et donc non interrompu, sur ce qu'on fait qu'on en devient hyper productif. Appliqué au monde de l'architecture, cela donne : 🔹 Un système désigné pour limiter les interruptions --> Event Driven Architecture est ton meilleur ami 🔀 🔹 Des équipes avec un scope bien défini, limité et aligné sur les chaînes de valeur --> vous m'avez vu venir avec Team Topologies hein 😁 🔹 Choisir la bonne technologie pour implémenter les différents produits digitaux supportant vos chaînes de valeurs --> l'utilisation des Wardley Maps peut aider dans ce cas 🧰 Vous l'aurez compris, la recette qu'on utilise ici combine les chaînes de valeur (value stream), du Domain Driven Design avec un Event storming, Team Topologies pour le design de l'organisation et une pointe de Wardley Maps pour identifier ce qui apporte de la valeur (et doit donc être développé) des commodités généralement disponibles en "As a Service". Le cas d'usage du kata était centré sur la chaîne de valeur réservation d'hôtel. Simple me direz vous. Détrompez vous car ces chaînes de valeurs (une pour le consommateur qui réserve et une pour les hôtels), bien que très connues sont plus complexes qu'il n'y parait et surtout très vastes: du digital marketing, du paiement en ligne, de la relation client avec un customer service, une market place pour réserver etc ... 🌟 Adopting AI at Michelin: Insights from Our Human Copilot Study 🌟 🤝 Michelin and Capgemini have collaborated to understand how our employees perceive Generative AI. 🔍 A multidisciplinary approach and careful attention to user needs will be the cornerstones of our success in this transition to a future where AI and humanity complement each other harmoniously. Here’s what we learned: 1.  😊 😱 Ambivalent emotions: Between joy and concern, employees express their desire and enthusiasm in the face of valuable help, recognizing the opportunities offered, but they also testify to their fears about technology dependency, inequalities of use or job loss. 2. 👩🎓 The challenge of upgrading skills: One of the key points of the study is the need to support employees in their use of GenAI in a way that is adapted to the type of user profile, in order to limit the risk of a digital divide. Training appears to be a key factor in the transition to AI. 3. 📄 Limited uses: Whether programming or interpersonal communication, code writing or professional writing are the most representative uses of AI.
