Portalp - Railway | In action at Tisséo in Toulouse 🚇 We are proud to announce our involvement in a mid-life #retrofit project for the platform facades of the Toulouse metro, in close collaboration with Energie/Voie Tisséo As part of this project, we are responsible for: 🔹 The complete replacement of the door drive system to ensure their performance and reliability. 🔹 Essential maintenance operations to extend the lifespan of the installations. Our challenge: To work exclusively at night, with the absolute requirement to restore service every morning for commuters⏱ We have already successfully completed the stations Barrière de Paris and La Vache. Next step in March: the remaining 5 stations 🚀 This project showcases our ability to operate in high-pressure environments while ensuring a smooth and seamless experience for Tisséo passengers. Portalp - Railway | Line 18 🚇 2025 starts off promisingly for the Parisian projects on Metro Line 18 of the Grand Paris Express! The work launched last October in Palaiseau has led to the installation of platform screen doors at Marguerite Perey station (Palaiseau, France), marking the beginning of a key milestone in this project for the Portalp Railway and Equans teams. Marguerite Perey, the first elevated station on the line, presented a new and exciting challenge for our teams, both in terms of the product’s technical complexity and the specific conditions of working on a viaduct. Installation is also underway at Moulon Campus station (Orsay– Gif-sur-Yvette, France), and five more stations on Line 18 are expected to be equipped with platform screen doors in 2025! In line with our ongoing projects, where safety and quality remain our priority, dedicated training sessions on specific trackside intervention procedures have been provided to employees to ensure both their safety and the quality of their work. 👏🏼 A special thanks to our teams, who remain fully committed to the next key milestones in 2025! Portalp - Railway | Austria 🚇 Reopening of the U2 Line Vienna’s U2 metro line, in Austria's capital city, has recently reopened its section between Karlsplatz and Rathaus. The big news? It’s now fully automated and equipped with platform screen doors – a first for Vienna! This milestone is the result of a collaborative effort initiated in 2019 between Ineo-UTS (part of Equans France ) Portalp France, and Portalp Austria, who designed, manufactured, and installed 960 meters of platform screen doors. Portalp Austria is now taking on the maintenance of approximately 200 modules for the next 25 years! 🤝 We are proud of this achievement, which brought together our French and Austrian teams over several years. This ambitious project has finally become a reality, delivering a wonderful holiday gift to the many visitors from around the world at this special period of the year. The story doesn’t end here – the commissioning of Frankhplatz station is scheduled for 2026, which will also mark the debut of the new U5 line. Portalp - Railway | Wilsa Poland 🚇 The Railway business unit supplies and/or installs a wide range of equipment to complement the installation of platform fronts, which are needed to increase the passengers and #railway staff safety and enhance the user experience. In Wisla, Poland, Portalp contributed to the construction project of an inclined elevator, providing easier access to the 120-meter-high ski jump hill for athletes.   Leitner LEITNER entrusted Portalp with the design, supply and on-site acceptance of : - 3 platform fronts, - 1 on-board door operator.   ⚒ With equipment pre-assembled in Grenoble (France), and a complete operating procedure, Leitner was able to install the system efficiently and independently.    👉 To find out more : https://lnkd.in/dJ4Ew8iq   #transport #madeinfrance #automation

Portalp - Algeria | Realization   🏥 Portalp is proud to announce the successful #installation of 47 pieces of equipment at the new Mother and Child Hospital in Oued Souf, southern Algeria! The equipment was installed by our partner, PROPORTES ALGER, acting as a subcontractor: - 18 Diva L Clean leakage-controlled doors, - 10 HDS Clean watertight doors with X-ray protection, - 6 TINA glass doors, - 8 ISO3 operators for double swing doors, - 5 automatic teller machines.   Known as the "City of 1,000 Domes," Oued Souf will soon open a reception and accommodation center for cancer patients, where our 23 automatic doors will ensure smooth and secure access.   🤝 Thanks to our global presence and our network of partners and distributors, we provide local service with personalized support.   Have a project in Africa or elsewhere? Portalp - Railway 🎉 It is with pride that we celebrate the 10th anniversary of the partnership between Inéo UTS (part of Equans France) and Portalp France. This partnership was established in 2014 by a team of experts who were eager to develop a French solution for platform screen doors. Five years later, this same dedicated team secured their first project! We would especially like to thank Wiener Linien, the Régie Autonome des Transports Parisiens (RATPgroup), and the Société des grands projets for being the first to place their trust in us. In 2024, our partnership entered a new chapter with the launch of Line 14, which began operating in time for the Paris Olympics. Some ten years had gone by and a new era is now about to begin, with new installations shortly up and running in Vienna (U5 line) and later on in Paris (lines 16, 17, and 18). The Management Team (pictured, from left to right: Pierre Hardouin, Maxime DUPONCHEL , Vincent GUILLAUME, Nicolas Oehler, Edouard Vaur) is eager to continue bringing its expertise to the automation of European metro lines. Portalp - Railway | L14 project update 🎉 This week, on the occasion of International Public Transport Day, we reflect on our project for Line 14 of the Paris #Metro, which has welcomed thousands of passengers since this summer! Since its inauguration on June 24, in the presence of Emmanuel Macron, our platform screen doors have been in operation for nearly 2 km. They cover 8 new stations, significantly easing passenger flow. This extension was essential for the Olympic Games, becoming the longest line in the network and now connecting the south and north of #Paris in record time. It also provides quicker access to Orly Airport, much to the delight of travelers. This extension is changing the daily lives of residents in the capital, with a projected one million passengers expected in 2025. 🚀 We are proud to have contributed to this project and would like to thank our internal teams: sales, design, production, installation, and all project teams.
