Le bâtiment de l'hôtel est un immeuble de grande hauteur avec un grand hall et quatre ascenseurs. Le personnel de service était très sympathique. Ils nous ont donné des gâteaux aux haricots verts, nous ont accueillis de manière proactive et nous ont aidés avec nos bagages. Peut-être que l'hôtel est un peu vieux, les installations sont un peu obsolètes, il n'y a qu'une baignoire et une douche ensemble, et l'eau est relativement petite. Mais la chambre est assez spacieuse, avec une grande fenêtre et une belle vue. Mais le prix reste relativement abordable. Globalement bon rapport qualité/prix

The hotel is located fairly centrally in the island of Pingtan in a small village. Its exterior is nicely decorated with lights, and if you arrive late at night like we did, you’ll thank for that, as it shines like a beacon in a otherwise not very well lit street. The service shone from the beginning. One of the staff was ready to help us with our luggage and show us in, and there was no delay with the registration of my passport (something that as any foreigner that has travelled in the Chinese Mainland will be able to tell, is not something to take for granted), and was immediately added to WeChat, where through the entire trip I was kept updated on everything relevant to us as guests, from the time breakfast was ready, to the fact that a guest with a dog was going to stay in a room next to ours (to which they offered to change if we needed in case any of us was scared or allergic to dogs). Breakfast was always kept warm for us, even when we were coming down late and were not expecting it to be there, and in general the staff’s attitude was always what you would expect in a bigger, more established (and more expensive) hotel, but with a home-stay twist. The hotel is not very close to any scenic spot or touristic destination, but they offer a service of e-bike rental that we used through the trip, and that we’d recommend to anybody is staying here as it took transportation off the list of things we had to think about, and allowed us to fully take advantage of the central location of the inn. With 2 people per bike, going very far North, or South to the city (sometimes both in one trip), we never ran too close to empty our batteries. The room was clean, big enough, and as we were staying on the last floor and our door opened to a patio, very well ventilated. The patio also proved to be a nice place to sit and chill or eat, and I was able to make work I had to finish feel less of a sore in the middle of my holidays. The only things I’d add or change to the room experience are a place to hang clothes (there wasn’t any closet or the sort), the toilet paper (they offered tissues but they don’t feel the same when you want to, you know, keep your hands clean), and real towels (they offer disposable towels, but they’re just not the same). In conclusion, not only I would come back but I most certainly will, as I had an amazing trip and this inn played no small part in it. Would 100% recommend if you like less noisy, more home stay-ey atmosphere, and don’t mind to be a few minutes drive from the city.

Nous avons séjourné au 3ème étage dans une suite familiale avec 5 personnes - deux chambres et deux salle de bains pleine, spacieuse. Excellent service - gratuit thé du après-midi et fruits du soir. Restaurant aussi très bon. La réception nous a aidé avec la voiture pour visiter le cluster Tianluokeng.

L'attitude de service de la réception de l'hôtel Xiao Xiaoqi est très bonne, l'enthousiasme et la courtoisie sont très courtes, nous avons réservé le type de chambre à côté du jardin, nous aurons également un truc de baiser pour nous envoyer auparavant, nous prendrons l'initiative de nous emmèner dans la voiture, très intime. L'air du jardin est bon, il y a des fruits sur les arbres, nous donnant une expérience de magasin différente.

Très bon peuple, le propriétaire de l'immeuble est très enthousiaste, il a besoin de le faire, le service est attentif. La chambre est propre et s'assainissant, la large et lumineuse, il y a un balcon, les enfants sont vraiment très amoureux, dit pour ce peuple, il faut venir à Hangzhou une fois de plus. Vous pouvez garer, vous avez le petit déjeuner, le propriétaire nous a également pris une photo à partir du magasin, tout est super.

This hotel is located in a very friendly, small village. We stayed three nights and freely walked the village and the Tulous often being stopped by curious villagers to ask us where we are from. It’s clear foreigners are few and far between in this village but everyone was very welcoming. We have no complaints about the cleanliness, location or breakfast. The rooms and hotel itself are beautiful. If you are a light sleeper (like my friend) the babies crying in the next room or the child and father laughing and chatting in the other room till gone midnight might bother you. If you’re a deep sleeper like me, you’ll be fine! The hotel staff didn’t really offer much information to us initially. You’re kind of left to it. But when I added them to wechat they did answer questions we had and they cleaned the room when asked. For future reference here’s some information for foreigners who make make the journey. We found two good restaurants in the village and there are small shops with basic necessities. You can arrange a car to take you to different Tulous driving distance away or you could just walk through the village and into neighbouring villages exploring the more authentic Tulous. To be honest, the “tourist” Tulous weren’t of much interest and didn’t take a single photo. The more authentic, natural, “left to their own devices” ones were much more appealing to us. You can’t get the typical shot from a hilltop of a small group of round Tulous here in this village but you can get so much more of an authentic small, relaxing, quiet village experience at your own pace. We had a driver from Xiamen airport - 3.5 hours there because he didn’t take the highway but the provincial road. On the way back to the airport we came via the highway and it was 2 hours. It’s quite far away but we think it’s very worth it if you go prepared. We would definitely stay in this hotel again. We booked this hotel, therefore the location based on the look of comfort and the fact we wanted traditional, with modern amenities so we could relax as well as explore. It ticked all those boxes.

The apartment location is in good environment, going around with taxi is fair enough, however, the building itself doesn't exist on the map, only the neighbor one does, which made us difficult to find the right building when we first arrived, plus we have no idea that the check in room, is one of the room on the 5th floor, as in the address of the hotel, it just put room 501, 521 Gaolin Road, etc. I recommend to give more details to ease the check-in of the hotel description like, 'when arrive, please contact room 501 on the 5th floor to check in', also, the hotel should pin the exact building location on the map, otherwise, guests may get lost on first arrive like us, whereas people around don't speak English to help too. The apartment itself is clean and in good condition with good space & layout. Facilities are good enough, except, the kitchen is kind of waste because there is no kitchenette at all, they only provide bottle water, glasses/paper cup & electric kettle in the kitchen, in which we expect a hotel apartment should have at least some kitchenette like tableware, cutlery, pot or pan (as they have electric stove) and at least a microwave oven & dishwashing liquid, which partly why we choose to stay in the apartment rather than normal hotel. This is one of the upset issues that we have for this stay. The breakfast comes as McDonald's breakfast coupon consists of one small Berger & a drink, which is fine as McDonald is on the street level of the building itself. Plus thing is that we can request for more bottle water & the disposable towel with no additional cost. Although the disposable towel is not so good to use as towel, they are still acceptable & hygienic, so, if you want more comfort, I suggest, bring your own towel. The washer works well, no dryer, but they provide hanger with drying space where there are windows open. The nearest large shopping center, Wanda Plaza, is nearby, taxi costs only ~CNY10, where you can find lots of restaurants & Walmart, etc. In overall, this property is good & worth of money.

J'ai emmené mes enfants visiter Tulou et j'ai choisi un hébergement avec des équipements relativement bons. Avant mon arrivée, je me sentais toujours mal à l'aise et j'avais l'impression que l'environnement du B&B n'était pas très bon. Puis, à partir du moment où je me suis enregistré jusqu'au moment où je me suis enregistré ”, j'ai senti que si la note totale était de 100, je lui donnerais certainement un 90. Oui, s'il y a un défaut, ce doit être la quincaillerie de la maison. Après tout, c'est une maison rénovée et elle est différente de un hôtel, donc c'est inévitable. Il était facile de trouver l'endroit après avoir conduit, mais comme il pleuvait beaucoup, il était gênant que certaines sections de la route soient à l'air libre, et si elle était mouillée, il fallait monter au deuxième étage. très enthousiastes à l'idée d'apporter des parapluies à la porte de la pièce, et ils ont également utilisé WeChat Fournir des mots de passe et des rappels de voyage. Le petit déjeuner du deuxième jour était simple mais assez copieux. L'air du village était très bon, le paysage était beau et c'était très confortable. Des fruits étaient fournis.
