Terrible experience at this hotel. The room did not match the photos shown at the time of booking at all. It felt like the Harry Potter cupboard under the stairs. The booking promised a balcony or a scenic view. There was no balcony, and the view was far from scenic. Instead, it overlooked the entrance area where people sat and loudly discussed their business all the time. This was not at all what we expected to see, and there was nothing scenic about it. We asked for a room change and were given a different room, but it was a downgrade from our original booking. However, as I understand it, we were charged according to the original reservation. When we checked in, we were informed that breakfast was served until 11:30 AM, and check-out was at 11 AM. We asked for confirmation because it seemed odd, and they confirmed these times. The next morning, we arrived for breakfast at 10:50 AM, only to be told that breakfast had ended at 11 AM. Although we arrived before 11, they offered us bread and eggs. The restaurant was already being cleaned and vacuumed, which made eating bread and eggs under such noisy conditions very unappealing. Overall, it was a terrible experience at this hotel. Additionally, in the morning, you can hear the cleaning staff loudly talking across the entire floor. They responded on booking that we were offered a delicious à la carte breakfast, but it was like “I can make bread and eggs for you”, but nothing else. They responded on Google that we have never been there, but it’s fake. I have proofs and the property just doesn’t take responsibility for their bad service
