Overall a great experience really wish they had a pool or Jetstream tubs hot tubs or something but basic stay everything went well

This is the cleanest and nicest OYO on the Baton Rouge side of the river. However, if you know anything about the OYOs in Baton Rouge, you know that's not saying very much. The staff at this particular OYO are also far more pleasant than the rest of the OYOS. They actually bring you clean towels every single day and you don't have to harass them about it. There are a couple of thing about this hotel that are not my favorite. For example: They charge a refundable 50$ SECURITY DEPOSIT that has to be on a debit/credit card. There are absolutely NO EXCEPTIONS and the deposit CANNOT be transferred to a new reservation meaning: if you would like to stay another night, the room has to be paid by 11am or another $50 security deposit will be charged to your card. If you pay before 11am you simply extend the current reservation and no new deposit is required. This deposit may take UP TO 15 Business days to appear back on your card. That is, if they don't keep it for some nonsensical reason.

Oh my gosh. This was the worse experience. The bathroom was filthy. There was dog poop and pee in the bathroom. The room had not been cleaned and the stench was unbearable. There was a cigarette rolled up in a towel. The towels were thread bare. It was just really bad. There was no cover over the ac. It was also nasty.
