Good location, great view from the room. Surrounding area by shopping mall and lots of foodies. Wonderful place to stay and good experiences.

Gotta full furnished room with washing machine, fridge, microwave, kettle, iron n hair dryer. Also nice window view to the sea. Will repeat again soon.

The apartment was a bit run down. The bathroom cabinets were old. Only provide 1 bottle of soup for body, hand & shampoo. The sofa got stains. Poor selection TV channels only mainstream ones. No Astro. No Netflix. The worst part we have to carry our own rubbish from 15th floor to the basement. Just imagine the lift full of guests & you’re carrying rubbish! The staff were not that friendly. I guess this will be my first & last staying here!

Everything was ok but some of the cup that been provided was slightly crack... The cark park for small cars will be ok but for bigger car its quite hard too park at the parking space that been given its to narrow... Location was wonderful.... The view was wonderful... The room are clean but the bed matters are abit sinking coz some for us are having a back pain maybe due to lots guest staying....😅😅😅😅😅😅...

The Suite is very nice and comfortable and the view also very beautiful...At the bathroom is clean but it's not nice smell.

Very dusty with a lot of ants and spiders, and many stains on bedsheets. I got fresh insect bites every night whilst sleeping... not suitable for those with allergies or sensitive skin. I asked for a vacuum cleaner but received a broom instead. Location was good, but there was no access to the apartment directly from carpark (had to walk out of the carpark via its car entrance). Overall price is reasonable for the 2 bedrooms+ 2 toilets, but not a comfortable stay

Our bedsheets are dirty and worn. Towels are old. Hotel location is good. Next to Gleneagle hospital near Gurney. I suggest you bring your own towels, pillow cases and bedsheets if you stay there. One of the few cases where in the first night, I struggled if I should burn the fees and move to a different hotel. Office only operates from 9am-9pm.

Come here for medical trip with my mom. The unit has everything from microwave, washing machine, iron..so for us who stay long for 5 nights is really helpful & comfortable

Booked this as there was an emergency at the hospital next door. Convenient location. The apartment was generally clean. They have attentive service crew- there was leakage in the ceiling and the gas stove was not connected but the service crew came to address these issues. It would be great if there was smart TV with YouTube for kids, and if they changed the bed as it was slightly lumpy. Other than that, the location was good for us as we had to visit the hospital next door.
