La chambre était confortable et spacieuse. Le personnel de la réception était sympathique et très serviable. Après les avoir ajoutés sur WeChat, nous pourrions leur demander des recommandations sur les desserts et les plats pendant que nous explorons la région. Ils m'ont donné de merveilleuses suggestions et nous avons apprécié notre dîner en dégustant des spécialités locales.
Le quartier est à environ 20 minutes à pied du lac ouest. Je me suis promené autour du lac tôt le matin et j'ai apprécié ma promenade là-bas.
Le centre commercial le plus proche est Kerry, à environ 2 minutes.
Nous n’avons pas pu prendre le train car nous n’étions là que pour une nuit et en plus nous avions de gros bagages avec nous.
Lorsque nous avons quitté l’hôtel, nos enfants ont également reçu un joli jouet. Merci 小张 d'avoir rendu notre voyage à Hangzhou merveilleux 😍

IInvitéLovely hotel in the middle of West Creek/ Xixi National Wetlands Park in Hangzhou. The hotel and service offerings are excellent, located in a very secluded spot away from the hustle and bustle, great for relaxation and enjoying the serene and tranquil surroundings. There is a small lake in the middle of the hotel, which I understand is owned and managed by the hotel. The views are wonderful and better than going to the famed West Lake (way too touristy and crowded). I think this hotel has a lot going for it, even though it’s not a known brand.
I would say some things for improvement are as follows:
Must, must open a spa. AmanFayun, Banyan Tree, Anh Luh and Four Seasons all have spa’s and they’re at roughly the same price point. This wasn’t a deal breaker for me, but for some people this would put them off from booking here.
Gym. This place needs an on-site gym for obsessed exercise freaks like me (and other health obsessives that want to go to an all-inclusive resort). Also, with the yummy high calorie food offerings in the restaurant, I would like to work those calories off and not worry about getting home fatter than when I left!
Restaurant – Excellent service from the wonderful manager, who I forgot to ask her name and all her staff. Very good manners from all the staff, very quiet voices, barely can hear them speak amongst themselves. However there needs to be more of an international offering for people that visit from outside China (US/ Europe, India/ South East Asia/ Gulf countries, who all would probably stay here in the future). There should be another restaurant that offers international fayre, as well as the traditional Chinese restaurant, so both sets of visitors are catered for, and more choice is always good for people that stay longer than 3 days. And vegetarian/ vegan options would be very appreciated.
The “Savoir resort” is not mentioned on Didi maps or on Baidu maps, and the Chinese name bears absolutely no resemblance to the English name 杭州所见 – 西溪度假酒店. Foreign people may have problems finding this location on their maps/ getting here without help (the less help that is required, the better).
The two top-end rooms (6999 yuan a night and 15,000 yuan a night) cannot be booked on
携程 （Ctrip） or Trip.com. I think there should be 5 – 10 pictures on the site showing these rooms as bookable. I take a long time researching a hotel before booking, so the more information available, the better.
The boat trip in the hotel is way better than the boat trip offered outside the hotel. I really enjoyed it, but I don’t think many people use it, which is a shame of a great resource. The fact this hotel has its own private lake is something that makes it stand out from the other hotels.

MMaozaizhongdianJ'aime beaucoup l'environnement de l'hôtel, le service est également très attentif. Chen est vraiment un bon gestionnaire d'hôtel, pour m'aider à choisir une chambre super propre. Aidez-moi à mettre à jour la chambre des parents et de mes parents, toute la famille est heureuse. Les souvenirs sont également envoyés à mon cœur. Qui dit que Zhuzhou est un bon plat? Mes enfants et mes parents mangent super heureux 🎉, les fleurs de riz sont parfumées dans le jardin, le jardin de riz est très grand, le jardin de riz est magnifique au petit déjeuner.

YYYFUNThe hotel location is quite convenient, it's just a 6-10mins walking distance to the nearest metro station (subway), 16-20mins driving distance to Xiaoshan airport.
There are restaurants, convenience stores, supermarket, and pharmacies within walking distance.
It contains complete facilities with a restaurant for breakfast, a self-serve laundry, and a fitness room.
The double room is spacious, clean and hygienic, with all the necessary items in the room like a hair dryer, a kettle, a fridge, cups, free mineral waters and coffee.
The staffs at the front desk are nice, friendly and helpful, very good in service.
The only problem is that on the last day of my stay, there was a sudden problem with the light in the room. It would automatically go out every 10 mins+, and it would go out completely until the room is completely dark. I would either turn it on manually or call Xiaodu to turn on the light. But this is not only inconvenient but also scary, especially when I'm in the bathroom and suddenly the light went totally off. At first I thought I would check out in a few hours and just bear with it, but then it was too terrifying so I asked the front desk to change my room. Later on, I was told that the entire 9th and 10th floors had this problem and the rooms on these 2 floors were not rented out. (Does that mean I was the only one ”communicating” with the light in the room at the end of the corridor on the 10th floor alone that night? Why didn't you tell me earlier!) Hopefully, it's fixed before renting out the room again, and please make some arrangements for your customers if the similar issue happens again, especially I reported the issue in the afternoon and your engineer came and inspected the problem, you should have known that the issue couldn't be fixed, you can't imagine how scary it was. Anyway, the staffs were still acting quite fast when I finally changed my mind to request to change the room, a guy came and moved my luggage to the 8th floor as per my request.

前台的小哥哥和小姐姐们都很亲切友善，服务态度很好。
美中不足的是，在我入住的最后一天，房间的灯突然出了问题，每隔10几分钟就会自动熄灭一次，而且是整个熄灭导致房内漆黑一片。我要嘛就手动打开，或是呼叫小度把灯打开。但这样不仅不方便而且也很可怕，尤其是我在卫生间的时候，突然之间就伸手不见五指。我原本想说还有几个小时就退房就忍一忍，但后来实在可怕还是让前台给我换了房。后来才知道原来9楼10楼都有这样的问题，已经不外租了。（那就是说当晚只有我一个人在10楼？还是在走廊尾部的房间里独自跟灯光在“沟通”？怎么不提早说啊！真把我吓得够呛……）希望问题解决之后才把房间租出去。而且以后如果有类似的事情发生请立即为你们的房客作出安排，尤其我下午已经提出问题，工程师师傅下午就来修理你们就已经知道修不好的情况下，你们无法想象当时的情况有多可怕。不过还好当我改变主意要换房的时候，前台还是行动蛮快的，也按我的要求帮我把行李搬运下8楼。

DDadadajingL'emplacement de l'hôtel est très bon, très proche du lac de l'Ouest et de Haier Street.
Mais le lit était trop dur et je n'ai pas aimé ça. Je n'ai pas bien dormi toute la nuit. La prochaine fois, j'essaierai Citigo à côté. L'emplacement est génial.
L'environnement est assez propre, mais le lobby est très bruyant. On dirait qu'il y a un groupe de touristes ou quelque chose du genre.

LLee Huan Chiao-Cleanliness was perfect! My room and other rooms I saw were perfectly clean. The corridors, common area, showers, toilets and powder room were perfectly clean.
-Front desk was welcoming and served lemon water upon check in.
-Facilities were nice. There are powder rooms at every corner so guests don’t have to walk all the way to the three toilets and three showers which felt like a maze. Laundry, dryer and garment steamer are available but they might need a china number to access unless you can pay the staff to pay it for you and there’s a laundry drying area at the verandah. There is a fridge and two microwave at the common area. I love their lemon water dispenser at the lobby.
-Amenities wise, towels, slippers, toothpaste and toothbrush have to be purchased from the vending machines in their showers, but shampoo, conditioner and bodywash are free. Several cold and hot water dispensers are around and paper cups can be found in the shower, kitchen and powder rooms.
-Location wise, there’s many food eateries throughout the whole building (one very affordable eatery opens 24/7) and many more at the streets around the building. There are two MRTs was about 10mins walk away.
-Only drawback was that the air conditioner in my room was not cold at all, even after the staff adjusted the temperature from their system. I asked two other guests and they said the same. Opening the door like some other guests made my room less stuffy but my corridor was at the end corner so it was not as cold as the central corridors. The common room was also not cold at all but not hot either. Overall, it was okay and bearable, not stuffy, just not cold. Showering cold helps a lot too. I still slept comfortably at night without blankets and the room was slightly cold during mornings. Price wise, can’t complain since my priority is cleanliness, privacy and price only. But one person said their room was too cold, and another one said their room became cold after the staff adjusted the temperature, so maybe it depends what room you get/negotiate.
-Photos of the window room have mirrors but mine didn’t have it, sadly.
-Price wise, totally worth it. Can’t meet service this perfect at such low price elsewhere. Would definitely come back!

UUtilisateur anonymeL'hôtel se trouve dans un groupe d'immeubles de bureaux, à environ 10 minutes à pied de la station de métro Huanglongdong. J'ai séjourné pendant la Fête du Printemps. Presque tous les restaurants à proximité étaient fermés. Il n'y avait qu'un seul McDonald's pour le dîner et il n'y avait aucune commodité. magasin.
Chambre : Le but d'un appartement avec services est d'être de grande taille. J'habite dans le bâtiment nord, qui a des baies vitrées, un four micro-ondes et un réfrigérateur.
Équipements : Le mobilier et l'agencement sont assez anciens. J'ai vraiment envie de me plaindre du lavabo de la salle de bain : le robinet est très court, ce qui rend le lavage des mains et du visage peu pratique. Il n'y a pas de prise pour sèche-cheveux dans la salle de bain, vous ne pouvez donc vous sécher les cheveux que dans la chambre. Les toilettes n'ont pas assez de puissance et le porte-rouleau n'est pas au bon endroit.
Chambre : Le lit est très grand et les 4 oreillers sont fins et affaissés. J'avais la nuque raide après avoir dormi une nuit.
Service : Pas mal, tous les besoins sont satisfaits rapidement. Il n'y a qu'un seul employé à la réception pendant la Fête du Printemps et vous devez faire la queue au moment du départ.

JJavi.BxlGrand hôtel, très beau et bien situé à côté du lac et du marché nocturne.
La chambre est très grande, propre, confortable et bien équipée.
Le petit déjeuner sous forme de buffet est excellent, avec de la nourriture chinoise et européenne.
Le personnel est très accueillant et parle un peu d’anglais.
Seul petit bémol c’est la piscine et les vestiaires. C’est très vétuste et sale.

XXishuianbian優點：地理位置是真方便，距離南宋宮遺址博物館和河坊街很近；入住期間剛好趕上清明節前，價位合理，性價比很高；萬科金色成品整棟都是公寓，一樓大廳隨時有保安，感覺安全係數很高；附近有便利店水果店和順豐快遞的小中轉點，公寓樓裏是可以送外賣和快遞的；有個小廚房可電磁爐做點飯還有冰箱可放需要冷藏或冷凍的食品；周圍公交地鐵共享單車打車都很方便。房主回覆及時，友善耐心，期間房間內wifi需要修理，房主也積極幫我們聯繫師傅上門維修；大晚上十點多還回復我如何使用投影儀，很感謝🙏
缺點：毛巾不乾淨，衞生間洗髮露不知道是什麼東東，用的時候頭髮粘在一起很難梳開，這在現在的民宿和酒店裡比較少見。麻煩的是熱水供應不足，熱水基本二十幾分鍾就差不多了，再用需要等上一陣子。衞生間門是瓢的，關不上。
總之，除了衞生間需要睜一眼閉一眼之外，其他都還蠻好的，主打性價比高且實用。
