The Indian reception staff wasn't very helpful and gave us a low floor without any view, but the room and bathroom are spacious. The coffee mug was chipped, and the bed comforter was stained, so we had them replaced. The TV was very small and, at times, had an audio lagged effect, making viewing very uncomfortable. The service is very poor, and I had to wait for more than 1 hour and had to remind them many times. We ordered room service for dinner and was served the wrong dish. I had to wait for almost an hour from order to being served the right dish, and my appetite was gone after that.

La deuxième fois que j'ai séjourné, la chambre était mieux, le sol était neuf et quelques décorations en rotin ont été ajoutées. Je ne sais pas s'il a été amélioré ou redécoré. Bien que l'hôtel soit un peu vieux, cela reste acceptable. Je suis très heureux de fêter le Nouvel An ici. L'ambiance est très bonne et la nourriture est meilleure. L'hôtel a soigneusement aménagé l'aménagement, il y a des danses du dragon et du lion, et des petits cadeaux. Les spectacles sont légèrement occidentalisés. Le seul fan la danse chorégraphiée n'est pas aussi bonne que la danse carrée. Il est recommandé de mettre quelques programmes de gala du Festival du Printemps sur grand écran, pour que l'ambiance soit plus forte

During our stay at the villa, we thoroughly enjoyed the private pool and semi-outdoor bath tub. The room was impressive, with a spacious and comfortable bed. The bathroom, connected to the outdoor platform, was stunning, and the hot, steaming bath water was a highlight. The branded toiletries, including the additional body lotion, were a great touch, especially after swimming. Highlights of our stay included the private pool, the complimentary high teas, and the option to have breakfast served in the restaurant or in-room. The resort also offered amenities such as complimentary buggy rides, bike rentals, and various free games. Exploring the vast resort, with its nature sounds and relaxing atmosphere, was a memorable experience. Additionally, the dinner and bar were worth visiting and offered affordable options. However, the air conditioning in the room was not effective at night, and some of the bikes provided were not in the best condition. The steep slopes in the resort also posed a challenge, as I had a biking accident due to my own excitement and adrenaline rush. It's important to be cautious when using the bikes. For other dining and leisure options, Gambang offers local Chinese eateries, and Kuantan town, just an hour's drive away, provides modern cafes, shopping opportunities, and beach access.

Très relaxant et bel endroit pour des vacances/vacances loin des villes. La chambre avec vue sur la mer est fortement recommandée ! Personnel très sympathique et serviable.

8.4 “Great Stay” We had an amazing stay even though its just for a night. Staff was friendly & really accommodating. We booked a total of 9 rooms. Only downside is its not meant for elderly people. Cause you need to walk up and down the stairs to go to the beach, restaurant & pool. Lucky the buggy able to pick us up from the villa down to restaurant. But still need to walk up and down a few stairs. The view was amazing. Dinner at restaurant was great. Just that waiting to wait for our dinner was close to an hour. Should improve on that. Some of our family members did a room service also waited close to an hour for the food. If you find the food costly, can always book grabfood or get out of the villa & drive around the area look for restaurants. Room and view was amazing! We loved our stay!

C'est la première fois que je suis resté ici avec ma famille. La chambre était spacieuse et propre. La piscine pour enfants était très amusante avec les glisses et l'eau. Le petit déjeuner était bon, il avait une variété de nourriture et tout était délicieux. nous venons de découvrir qu'il y avait un club de enfants le dernier jour , et nous avons besoin de porter un sock pour entrer dans la zone de jeux intérieurs.

I just knew AC by Marriot was previously known as Vistana Hotel. Place is very clean, the deco looks very luxurious yet neat & super straightforward. Parking is also convenient. The breakfast options could be better as I believe the variation is not that extensive as compared to other hotels, but its decent enough for me & my wife.
