Great location, rooms need updating but overall customer service is good will recommend

Internet not provided ,hand towels not provided and the rooms were not well cleaned.

I hate the wifi! Only 1 per device! Then my stay no wifi at all! Limited options for breakfast. I hate my stay because of the wifi!!!! The swimming pool. Dirty because of the birds.

Amazing hotel with a view. Room was spacious and comfortable. Clean. Definitely will come back. Staff was friendly and approachable. Helpful and patient with my enquiries. Breakfast can do better in variety. Something hotel can improve on. Hotel and cold selection of food. Front office was cheerful. Treating guest with outmost kindness. will come back again for my next trip. keep up the good job team!

Making fool by the name of 4 star never suggest anyone to go there not worth it at all the policy and rules they have is stupid they even charge for wifi water bottle they don’t provide services like 4 star just fooling people that’s it never never go there it’s just waste of money

The property is well located and neatly maintained. But the staff is terrible. No sense of hospitality. The team is bringing disgrace to the hotel and the company.

I stayed with my family at the empress a hotel for a day. It was an excellent experience staying there. The hotel is placed in a premium area in mumbai. The hotel staff was extremely courteous and friendly. The breakfast menu was limited. But, quality was good. They provided extra bed for my kids making our stay very comfortable. I would like to again go there as part of my next visit.

The prices are almost at par with some of the 5 star hotels in mumbai but the hotel should not even be meeting the 4 star criteria. The restaurant is in open with no Ac. The breakfast buffet had very few options in commensurate to the prices they charge. As the restaurant is in open, mosquitoes & flies disturb in between. They don't give more than 2 bottles of water in a day even if you are paying for 3 people in a room.

I recently stayed at The Empresa Hotel with my family, and our experience was memorable and comfortable. The newly renovated rooms look fantastic, especially when the lights are on. The breakfast spread was impressive, with a great mix of Indian and continental dishes. We loved the rooftop swimming pool, which offers a beautiful city view. The gym is cozy and has all the necessary amenities. The front office staff were very helpful, accommodating our early check-in request. A special mention goes to Manager Viren Gandhi, who was always courteous and attentive, ensuring our needs were met. I can confidently say I've found a home away from home in Mumbai. Thank you, Viren and the entire Empresa team, for a wonderful stay!

*location* good *food* average *amenities, service, & hospitality* poor our stay at empress was quite disappointing. While the location is convenient, the rest of the experience fell far short of expectations. The food was just average, and the amenities were nothing special. However, what really stood out was the poor service and hospitality. The staff was consistently rude and uncooperative. During our two-day stay, we were reminded of the hotel’s rules *eight* times, which felt excessive and unwelcoming. I had a particularly unpleasant experience with a staff member at reception named don, who was extremely rude and spoke to me in a demeaning tone, even raising his voice when i requested a printout. Overall, none of the staff seemed trained in basic hospitality etiquette, making the experience thoroughly disappointing. Would not recommend.

Dear not friendly hotel, they were asking extra charges for wi-fi, when we asked for plate at 10 pm they refused to give, next time we would not like to stay in such hotel
