Juste au bord de la mer, l'environnement est très bon, et le transport est pratique. C'est un bon endroit pour les voyages d'affaires et les vacances en famille. Le prix est modéré et le petit déjeuner est correct, très bon et mérite d'être recommandé !

L'hôtel est très proche de l'aéroport. Le personnel est très chaleureux et ami et prend soin de leur client. Les chambres sont propres et spacieuses et me rappelle 5 étoiles du retour dans les années 90. Un bon endroit pour accueillir les mariages, car ils ont beaucoup de place pour organiser toutes les fonctions, etc. Le label de l'hôtel est le seul et le plus grand désavantage. Je recommande vraiment aux propriétaires/***habement d'accueillir un autre ascenseur et une escalier lobby car le design de l'hôtel est telle que les chambres sont assez loin de la principale ascenseur et devient un problème de voyager d'une fin à l'autre.

Location is convenient for business travelers, 3-5 mins from airport, Very good selection of food for buffet breakfast at main cafe on lobby level, avoid going to the Executive Lounge on Level 17, limited choice.

It’s very close to the airport and they have a driver service who will pick you up from the airport for a slightly steep charge. I highly recommend this after long flights though, as getting an Uber or rick at the airport is turning into a chore. The room was nice but it smelled moldy and nothing would get or feel dry (towels etc.). I know it’s the tail end of monsoon but this is the Hilton! You’d think they would air out the rooms or at least have fans or de humidifiers but it’s only AC which doesn’t help as much. I also had a few small issues with room service and they won’t take international contactless card payments anywhere in the hotel which is inconvenient. Jio service is in a dead zone in the lobby so booking a car at peak times is sometimes impossible. There was some recurring construction in a room nearby but when I called about it they did seem to quiet down. The lobby is nice but they’re playing bad music and noise from various spaces there with it all overlapping, I asked them to turn it down. I got some macarons at the bakery and they were just ok, but coffee was nice and decently priced. Overall it’s still a very nice and lovely hotel and I would stay again if under $100 a night…but it has some of the same issues of lesser hotels in Mumbai which is surprising. At the very least I’d like a room which doesn’t feel damp and moldy.
