Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, le bâtiment est très propre , le personnel agréable et bienveillant, le buffet du petit déjeuner est délicieux et généreux. Les bains chauds, la cerise sur le gâteau.

Petit-déjeuner buffet de 6h30 à 9h30, avec une grande variété de plats, notamment de la glace au phoque bleu🍦J'étais très heureux de le manger lors de mon dernier jour à Okinawa😃 Cette fois, nous sommes 3 adultes. Nous avons réservé une chambre avec 2 lits doubles de luxe. Il n'y a aucun problème pour ouvrir 3 valises. De plus, il y a des distributeurs automatiques, des micro-ondes et des distributeurs d'eau au 6ème étage. . À côté se trouve le centre commercial DFS À l'intérieur Il y a aussi un comptoir de location et de retour de voitures à côté du tramway. Prenez 2 arrêts jusqu'à la gare de Makishi et sortez dans la rue Kokusai.

The hotel is subway accessible, and is close to the duty free shop. The room is generally small and amenities include a small tv and fridge. I used the public onsen on the top floor as the washing sink was clogged in my room. Breakfast buffet has a lot of variety and presents some signature dishes in Okinawa.

The breakfast is a must . Lots of variety and all in small portions so that you can try everything . Including traditional okinawa dishes

Pros and cons about this hotel Pros - Convenient location near to monorail, easy to get to airport - near Naha Main Place shopping mall, Convenient for shopping and food - Good buffet breakfast, even has Seal ice-cream, however, their most favourite flavours: soda lime and sea salt , are not available Cons: - very small room - very small toilet, comparable to the lavatory in a plane - toilet stinks with foul odour from the sewerage, even on the higher floors - TV channels are all in Japanese - no coffee supplied in the room , only 2 green tea and 2 black tea bags - no bottled water supplied - no early check in or late checkout, fees apply - no shower cap in the amenities - only 2 slow elevators serving 13 floors, long queue in the morning during checkout.

Feel like this room is smaller than general Japan’s hotel rooms. You can’t really open a luggage larger than 24inches unless your luggage are those front opening ones. I am travelling solo with a 20inches lugg so it’s fine for me but there is not much space for me to put my souvenirs(don’t wanna put them on the floor). If you got more than 1 large luggage and plan to buy lots of souvenirs, then you need to consider booking a larger room or other hotels. However, the bed was larger than it was shown in the pics. There is no wardrobe, you could hang your clothes on the rack. Room lowest temperature is 20 degrees so sometimes I still feel hot. Also, the other drawback is the fridge isn’t cold at all. Feels like room temperature so better not to put food inside!! Front desk can’t really speak English but they tried their best to help with everything so 10/10 for service! Please be aware that there is a machine on each floor that looks like coin exchange but it’s for VOD. I admit it’s my fault that I didn’t read the sign. However, front desk refunded after I explained the issue. Forgot my room key & gave me a new one without any charges. Service was better than many luxurious hotels👍🏻 Around 6 minutes walk to monorail and DFS mall. Hotel is very easy to find. Main place mall is just opposite the hotel, a few convenience stores nearby. Less than 10 minutes walk to local tour pick up spot. Didn’t try the hot spring and buffet breakfast but there are many restaurants in Main place mall. The neighbourhood is quiet and not as crowded as International Street.

Breakfast is superb with Blue Seal ice-cream. Service is not that good, unclear communications about cleaning service, no daily cleaning. The public bath is great for women but too crowded for men and not entirely clean.

Very confort bed to sleep, next have two malls - one for daily stuffs with restaurant and supermarket. Another one are premium brand-name

Centrally located, near Yui Rail, and bus routes, very near Kokusai shopping area. Free onsen is a plus, but compared to many other onsen hotels, it is limited with only a pool indoor and no sauna. Security is limited, as the public could enter hotel levels without a card and even into the onsen by just waiting for someone to come out. Other than that, the room is decent if you choose a larger one, clean and efficient cleaning. English speaking front desk helps tremendously.

Hotel is so good, but Location is so so. day and night, We can walk through around the shopping mall near this hotel.

Very worse living experience. Check in in the evening and the staff are not professional and asked me for passport for three times while failed to find my booking. Then describe me as aggressive as I waited for more then 10 mins for the process. They locked my luggage bag on my check out day while my luggage lock is broken. So I have to spend an hour to open it and still not successful. Definitely will not stay at this hotel and not recommend for my friends!

Very clean. The location is convenient. You can go shopping immediately. I have already used the hotel twice.
