Tooks 15 minutes to waited for checked in as there is only 1 staff in reception counter, overall is good

Very nice hotel. Food awesome especially the mushroom soup and fried rice with satay. Near to beach and slightly away from busy big city. Nice bintang beer as well.

We requested for connecting rooms for aged parents. They graciously upgraded one of our rooms so that they can be connected. ray from front desk was very helpful. Overall the service has been outstanding from front desk to breakfast to housekeeping and concierge. Will definitely return to this hotel for future trips.

Nice hotel in Jakarta Utara area. The hotel is near Jakarta Expo but still need a ride to go there as you can't really cross the main road. Room size was good. Breakfast was nice. Lots of restaurant nearby. Email communication with the staff prior check in was great.

This is my first stay in this hotel. The room is clean and well maintained. The breakfast spread was really good. I will stay here again next time.
