Very good locale. Very efficient, responsive n friendly service. Wish OTARU Authorithy would do more for the slippery sidewalks leading to at major trfc light junction infrom of Otaru train station..alot of potholes n very slippery..in the interest of SAFETY especiallyduring Winter.

Breakfast was very good. Retrieving of car from carpark was not convenient but overall experience was very pleasant.

The Grande Room is big and suits us and the staff has lay the beds on the floor nicely for us. Very generous with the amenities and very helpful staff.

Fantastic location overlooking the canals in Otaru. Best thing about the hotel was having a separate bathroom and a separate toilet… Especially useful when travelling with families! Gorgeous stained glass window and you can see the amazing sunset from the top floor as well  Reception was large and the front desk folk were very friendly and helpful. Overall would highly recommend this hotel

From Otaru station, just walk across the road junction and straight down the road for 10~15mins. Hotel is just across the Otaru cannel. Great location, easy to find. Was snowing heavily the night we stay in Otaru.

Good hotel stay with plenty of extra amenities and storage to make your stay comfy. Smoking area for smoking guests stinks the whole lobby as you walk through reception to the lift, which is a shame. It is a non smoking hotel. Close to the sightseeing spots and about 10 mins walk to JR Station and supermarket.

Hotel has a nostalgic feel. Stayed at top floor corner unit which has an excellent view of the canal. Room is spacious for family of four. Location is great with easy access to various sights.

Good: 1. Just opposite the famous canal 2. Large room space with 1 bathroom and 2 toilets 3. Knowledgeable staff Bad: 1. No free parking 2. Breakfast not great

Seems like an old luxe hotel, spacious room. Easy access, located near the canal. Walk straight down from JR Otaru station.

The hotel was recently renovated. The room is a bit small for 4 people. There were 2 toilets. The hotel is right in front of Otaru canal. There are some restaurants nearby but most of them are closed quite early.
