This place cancelled our booking the day before arrival. So short term the prices in the area are very different to the prices I was looking at when I originally booked. After the first message, which read “ Hello.First of all, I am sorry, tomorrow our hotel is full, so we are canceling your booking🙏” no one was reachable anymore. The booking on the portal was not cancelled. I found myself trying to sort this out between flights (currently on the way there). I cannot even start to express how unprofessional this is and how much extra stress this caused. The booking was for directly after the flight, the address had been communicated to a tour operator for pickup and so on. If I hadn’t had internet in between flights I wouldn’t even have known. For reference, I got the message at 7 pm the day before the first night. Absolutely not ok, would recommend everyone of you who reads this to consider the lack of commitment and respect!
