“In Your Room” is a song by English electronic band Depeche Mode from their eighth studio album Songs of Faith and Devotion (1993). It was released as the album’s fourth and final single on January of 1994.

The original album version was produced by the band alongside Flood. However, for its single release, an alternative version of the track entitled the Zephyr Mix was released instead. This version was produced by Butch Vig of Nirvana and Garbage fame.

The music video for “In Your Room” was directed by the group’s longtime collaborator Anton Corbjin. The retrospective clip contains a handful of references to their previous videos. Due to the inclusion of scenes with partial nudity and bondage, the video was banned by MTV in the United States, which hurt the song’s commercial performance in the country and prevented it from charting. It did, however, manage to peak at position number six on the UK Singles Chart.

Notably, “In Your Room” was the last Depeche Mode single and video to feature member Alan Wilder, who left the band in 1995 after stating his work in the group “never received the respect and acknowledgement that it warranted”.
